- Age Criteria:- 18 Years or older.
- Durability:- Started at June 15, 2022, or ending at June 30, 2022.

1 Grand Prize: The winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and up to 3 guests to Salt Lake City, Utah, no later than August 31, 2022, consisting of:

- Round-trip coach air transportation;
- Economy rental car for 4 persons for 4 days;
- Lodging accommodations consisting of 1 suite for the Group (with a maximum of 4 persons) at a hotel for 3 nights;
- Meal stipend for the Group for 4 days, not to exceed $1,200.00 dollars $300 total per person;
- 4, 2-Day Connect Attractions Passes for Salt Lake City;
- Group visit to Kizik headquarters in Lindon, Utah;
- 4 Pairs of custom Kizik® footwear designed with input from the Group;
- 4 Fandango gift cards worth each $25 to be used towards tickets to a screening of the motion picture Lightyear and snacks; and
- 4 Movie swag bags consisting of 2 t-shirts, 2 pairs of socks, 1 lanyard, and stickers.
(If Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah): $400 will be awarded to be used for regular fuel for round-trip automobile ground transportation between Grand Prize Winner’s legal residence and Salt Lake City, not to exceed 600 miles total; and no rental car will be provided.
2 Second Prizes: The winners will receive the following:
- 4 pairs of “off-the-shelf,” non-custom, Kizik® footwear;
- 4 Fandango gift cards, each worth $25, to be used towards tickets to a screening of the motion picture Lightyear and snacks; and
- 4 movie swag bags consisting of 2 t-shirts, 2 pairs of socks, and stickers.
The total ARV of each Second Prize is $2,000.
5 Third Prize: Winners will each receive 4 Fandango gift cards, each worth $25, to be used towards tickets to a screening of the motion picture Lightyear and snacks; and 4 movie swag bags consisting of 2 t-shirts, 2 pairs of socks, and stickers.
